These seminars are designed to develop the fundamental communication skills, attitude, and global awareness of the participants. These seminars help participants to increase their confidence to communicate in English and develop effective communication skills that will help to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments. Objectives

The main objective of this seminar is to prepare employees for successful overseas assignments. This is achieved by developing the employee’s intercultural awareness, introducing the theory and practical application of assertiveness as a way of communicating effectively in challenging situations, and finally teaching a method of negotiating new guidelines for behavior in diverse, multicultural teams.

  • Understand the impact culture has on their work and how they can use this information to be more successful in the workplace.

The overall objective of this seminar is to ensure that all participants learn how to develop constructive communication, with people of different cultures.
